UX DESIGNER

The main mission of a UX designer (user experience) is to make interaction with products, websites and apps as efficient, smooth and enjoyable as possible for users. He conducts research (interviews, surveys) to create personas and understand what user goals and pain points are. From all this research, he creates mockups, wireframes and prototypes to test ideas before they are developed by the product team. He understands how visual elements such as layout, typography and color influence users, and communicates this to the designers so they can be informed accordingly. They are also responsible for the information architecture of a website or application, helping users to easily find the information they are looking for, and ensuring that every interaction is natural and intuitive.
To create prototypes, the UX Designer works with product managers, developers and graphic designers.

FRONTEND DEVELOPER

The front-end developer programs the visible part, the user interface of an app or website. They make a major contribution to ensuring that users enjoy smooth, pleasant navigation through an ergonomic interface, for which they are responsible for development.

They have several main missions :

  • Create web pages according to a graphic designer's or webdesigner's mock-ups, in particular using web development languages such as Javascript, HTML and CSS.
  • Make sure the site is responsive, meaning it can adapt to all types of media.
  • Make the site functional, intuitive and fast, while respecting standards.
  • Make the code SEO-friendly, to improve site ranking and drive traffic.

GAME DESIGNER

The role of a Game Designer is central to the creation of a game. It is the designer who imagines the fundamental elements of the gameplay and ensures that the game is not only fun, but also balanced and accessible. The game designer defines the rules, challenges and mechanics to create an engaging experience for players.
As well as designing the gameplay, the game designer works closely with the programmers, artists and other members of the team to ensure that the game's vision is properly realised. The game designer analyses test feedback to adjust mechanics, balance difficulty levels and fine-tune the user experience. Its goal is to create a game that meets the public's expectations while innovating in interactive entertainment.
